This page sets out what we agree on when you use this site and book a session. Like the privacy page, it is written plainly so it actually gets read. If any part of it is unclear, ask before you book.
Accepting these terms
By using this site or requesting a booking, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with part of them, please do not book a session — send a message instead and we can talk it through. To book a session you must be of legal age, or acting for a business you are authorised to represent.
What is offered
Ai.lar advises on and builds AI solutions for small and medium businesses: reviewing where you are, proposing an approach, and — if we agree to go ahead — building and launching it. An intro session is there to understand the problem and see whether the work is a good fit; it is not by itself a contract to deliver a project. Every delivery project has its own scope and terms, agreed separately.
Booking a session
Times shown in the calendar are not held until the booking is confirmed; if someone takes the same slot at the same moment, you will be asked to pick another time. The details you enter need to be accurate, because confirmations and reminders go to exactly those contact details. After booking you get a private link for managing the booking — do not forward it, because anyone holding it can cancel or move the session.
Cancelling, moving, and no-shows
Up to 24 hours before the session starts you can cancel or move it yourself using your private link. After that window the site will not let you change it, so message directly instead. If more than fifteen minutes pass from the start time and you cannot be reached, the session counts as held. If a session has to be cancelled or moved from our side, you will hear as early as possible and be offered another time.
Payment and invoicing
The intro session is free. Fees for other sessions and for project work are stated and agreed clearly before any work starts; nothing is added without telling you first and getting your agreement. This site takes no online payments and no banking details are entered on it — the payment method and any refund terms are settled when we agree on the work itself.
Project work: scope and delivery
Before a project starts, the scope, the deliverables, and a rough delivery timeline are put in writing. Changing scope mid-project is normal, but it affects time and cost and has to be agreed again. Timelines are honest estimates rather than fixed guarantees; dependencies on outside services and how quickly feedback comes back can move them.
What is needed from you
For the work to move, access, data, and timely feedback are needed from your side. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you hand over — including having the right to use your own customers’ data. If work stalls because access or feedback has not arrived, delivery moves back by the same amount.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — its text, design, and logo — belongs to Ai.lar. In project work, the deliverables built specifically for your business become yours once payment is settled in full. Tools, templates, and general know-how that existed beforehand or are reused across other work stay with Ai.lar; using them in your project does not transfer them.
Confidentiality
What you share about your business stays confidential and is used only to move that work forward. If we would like to show your name or results as a case study on the site, your permission is asked before anything is published. For how personal data is handled, see the privacy page.
The limits of AI
AI systems are not deterministic: they can produce output that is wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable, and their behaviour can shift when the underlying services are updated. Anything delivered is there to support decisions and cut repetitive work, not to replace human judgement. Consequential decisions — legal, medical, financial, and the like — must be reviewed by a person before they are acted on, and that review is your responsibility.
Using the website
This site exists to present the services and arrange sessions. Attempting to disrupt it, bypass its limits, submit forms in bulk, scrape its content, or reach the admin areas is not permitted. Request limits are applied over time windows to keep abuse out.
Limits of liability
The work is done carefully, but no specific business outcome — sales, savings, growth, or similar — is guaranteed. Ai.lar is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or data, or outages of the third-party services a solution is built on. None of this limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Ending the engagement
Either side can end the engagement with reasonable notice. Work completed up to that point is settled, and whatever is ready is handed over. Access to your systems is closed when the work ends.
Changes to these terms
This page may be updated as the services change, and the review date at the top changes with it. Updates take effect when they are published and do not apply retroactively to a session you have already booked.
