This page is short and plain so you know what is kept about you before you book, and why. If anything here is unclear, just ask.
What is stored
Whatever you write in the booking or contact form: your name, phone number, email (if you give one), business name and type, the challenge you describe, and how you heard about us. Alongside that we store the session time, your time zone, and the channel you chose to be contacted on. To stop bulk submissions, your IP address is kept only as a hash and only for a short while.
What it is used for
Only what you asked for: arranging the session, sending the confirmation and reminders on the channel you picked, and preparing for our conversation. No marketing messages are sent unless you ask for them.
Who else sees it
Your details are never sold or passed on for advertising. Only the services that carry the message — the email provider and Telegram or WhatsApp, whichever you chose — see as much as they need to deliver it.
How long it is kept
For as long as it is useful for arranging and following up on sessions. Ask at any time and your booking details are deleted.
What you can ask for
You can ask to see your details, correct them, or have them deleted entirely. You can also cancel or move your booking yourself with the private link you receive after booking.
How it is kept safe
The site runs over an encrypted connection, access to the data requires a secure sign-in, and passwords are stored hashed. No payment details are collected on this site.
