Privacy
This page is short and plain so you know what is kept about you before you book, and why. If anything here is unclear, just ask.
What is stored
Whatever you write in the booking or contact form: your name, phone number, email (if you give one), business name and type, the challenge you describe, and how you heard about us. Alongside that we store the session time, your time zone, and the channel you chose to be contacted on. To stop bulk submissions, your IP address is kept only as a hash and only for a short while.
Chatting with the assistant
If you chat with the assistant on this site, the conversation is saved so the Ailar team can read it, follow up on your request, and improve the replies. To write its replies, the conversation is sent to Claude, a service by Anthropic. If you share your name, email or phone number in the chat, it is used only to answer that request. Your browser keeps just a short code so the conversation can continue for up to three days after your last message. Ask at any time and your conversation is deleted entirely.
What it is used for
Only what you asked for: arranging the session, sending the confirmation and reminders on the channel you picked, and preparing for our conversation. No marketing messages are sent unless you ask for them.
Who else sees it
Your details are never sold or passed on for advertising. Only the services that carry the message — the email provider and Telegram or WhatsApp, whichever you chose — see as much as they need to deliver it. Conversations with the site's assistant are also sent to Claude, a service by Anthropic, only so it can write the replies. Online payments are taken on Stripe's page: you enter your card details there and they never reach this site. The only thing this site passes along with the payment link is your booking reference, so the payment can be matched to your session.
How long it is kept
For as long as it is useful for arranging and following up on sessions. Ask at any time and your booking details are deleted.
What you can ask for
You can ask to see your details, correct them, or have them deleted entirely. You can also cancel or move your booking yourself with the private link you receive after booking.
How it is kept safe
The site runs over an encrypted connection, access to the data requires a secure sign-in, and passwords are stored hashed. No payment details are collected on this site.
